Applicant may wish to convene a meeting, prior to filling application for development, with all City department who may be involved in the development process: Community Development, Zoning, Public Safety, Code Enforcement, Police, Fire, Public Service, Engineering, Streets, Water or Sewer. Upon receipt of a completed application (and as much detail as possible), City staff will have two (2) week in which to establish a date & time in which all departments and applicant are available. City departments will only give preliminary comments based on information provided by the applicant. The City will make every effort possible to secure attendance of all departments, however, the City cannot guarantee the attendance of every department and all fees are non-refundable.
